• Give a walk-through of the new system
• Setup and configure all necessary peripherals

TV, Audio, or Video Device Hook-up
• Inspect your current AV connections
• Connect device's video to output to your TV
• Configure device's audio to output to your preferred audio source
• Connect device to Wi-Fi if applicable
• Demonstrate device functionality

Streaming Video Device Setup & Support
• Hook up your streaming device to a TV or receiver
• Connect to the Internet and perform first-time set up
• Install and set up your streaming video apps
• Demonstrate streaming device functionality
• Note: Please verify that you have an available video input on your TV or receiver for your new device.

Gaming Console Setup
• Setup of a single console from PS3, Nintendo Wii, Xbox 360, or newer console to a compatible TV or Monitor
• Neatly dress or hide wires using zip ties or external cord masking* (additional fee)
• Mounting of gaming console using the customer-supplied bracket or shelf
• Connection of gaming console to WiFi if available
• Pair two (2) additional peripherals to the console after setup
• Assistance with two (2) profile setups
Surround Sound System Setup
• Connect audio and video equipment in one room
• Assemble any supplied speaker stands
• Program supplied remote
• Give a walk-through of the new system
